My philosophy and approach to coaching is simple, I want to help you avoid as many mistakes and pitfalls as possible. As a black woman approaching 50 years of age, having been widowed after a 20 year marriage, and found my way once again to another blissful marriage with a wonderful man, I have the life experience necessary to help others navigate their own lives.
Through living, interacting with other people in various settings, watching people grow and succeed, but also watching them diminish and fail, I've gained much insight on what makes people tick. Many times the success or failure of so many of our relationships and endeavors depend on our perspectives and how we see any given person or situation. Using powerful tools in my arsenal, we can work together to discover all those landmines so that we can navigate around them.
